Method 1: Open PDF directly in Google Drive

Breaks badly: multi-column layouts, precise page positioning, text boxes placed at specific coordinates, complex tables, and PDFs with lots of images. If your PDF was originally a Word document or a simple typed report, Google Docs works well. If it was designed in InDesign, Canva, or has a complex layout, expect significant re-formatting needed after conversion.
Method 2: PDF → Word → edit → PDF (better for complex PDFs)
